Wow... what a deeply emotional and powerful trip! You get utterly _pulled_ into its dense atmosphere and feel compelled to see it out to the end. Whether or not it's meant to closely emulate Burial's trademark sound, nevertheless Volar Flex pulls off a very solid album, especially for a debut. It is THE perfect go-to album for those particularly rainy days.
